Dear Fellow Outdoor Enthusiast,
We are pleased to announce the formation of a new, non-profit organization
in our community. Sawyer County Outdoor Projects and Education, or
S.C.O.P.E., is a true 501(C)3 corporation formed with the sole purpose of
raising funds to support hunter education, various youth organizations,
and habitat improvement in Sawyer County.
Our plan is simple: 100% of all
funds raised will benefit Sawyer County.
Our Mission Statement
To promote the safe and sensible use of the natural resources of Sawyer
County;
To provide support and funding for hunter education classes, as well as
various
organizations in Sawyer County;
To enhance the habitat of Sawyer County for future generations by helping
other
organizations that promote sustainable practices through wildlife,
forestry and fisheries
management.
Proceeds from our first banquet that was held on
April 11, 2008 will
help support the following programs:
(2008 Sponsors)
• Hunter Education Vest Program
• Scholarships to local students
• Youth Day at Summit Lake Game Farm
• Fun Hunts
• Habitat work days

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call a member
of S.C.O.P.E.’s board of directors. We would gladly discuss with you the
intentions of this non-profit organization and answer any questions you
may have. Any contributions you would like to make would be graciously
appreciated.
We hope you will keep our banquet in mind when planning your charitable
contributions for the upcoming year, and embrace the opportunity to
support S.C.O.P.E., which in turn, supports our community. Please remember
that 100% of funds raised will directly benefit the community. There are
NO administration fees as S.C.O.P.E. is purely volunteer driven.
With Warmest Regards,
DJ Aderman
