| I put the key in the door to open WRLS when it went on the air April 16th, 1968 and have been here ever since. That either makes me a seasoned veteran professional or just some old guy that keeps showing up. I have been the host of the morning show for over 25 years handling all the jobs that a morning guy does. My main job is to make sure that most Hayward area residents get work on time every day. I have handled Hayward Hurricane sports play by play from day one and along with my broadcast partner Doug Beck will be reaching 2,000 games together within a few years.
